Olympus camera

I bought this camera for the main reason to list items on eBay. I use this camera when I go to Rehoboth Beach with friends and it is great. I found a manual online and I really like the features the camera has to offer. For what I paid this is a excellent camera, the only thing was the battery holder didn't hold the batteries but i fixed that problem and it was mentioned before I bought the camera so it wasn't a surprise. It is nice because it fits in my pocket and when I go someplace I take it with me. A friend of mine has toner cartridges for sale and I help him sell them, I go to his place and take the pictures and connect a USB cable from the camera to my computer and upload them to my computer.Read full review...

A SIMPLE TO USE CAMERA TAKING GREAT PICTURES

I highly recommend this camera. My lively hood depends on this camera. This now being an older digital camera version still gets high marks from me! I bought this same model camera in the year 2001 and paid $500.00 for it at that time. It lasted till just now, so I only wanted this same version to replace it again. Cameras have evolved over the years since this model, with their many capabilities. They are getting more complicated to use. I don't need that in my business. Great Camera

Economy is hard for everyone and when the grandkids are at the age of wanting all this fandangled digital things, what better way to try them on something than to come to Ebay. In the stores these cameras can cost around $200 -$300 easy! This camera works great, great shots, we played with upon arrival and I know the grands won't care that it is used. I looked for and found a digital with memory card ability and this works great, because this way the kids can remove the card to view, download and anything they want to do with their pics without downloading a program that comes with each camera these days. Easy to use, cost effective

This is my 3rd Olympus 520 Digital Camera. If you dont drop them and break the battery door, they are a sturdy, easy to use camera, with the basic features you need to take pictures for the internet. Unfortunatly, repairs cost more than replacing the camera: (

Only problem, the Smart Media cards are apt to cost as much to replace as the Camera, and they are not supported by a lot of card readers. Fortunatly, if you have a USP cord, this is not a big problem. I use it to upload pictures to Etsy, Craigslist, etc.

Great starter camera

I bought this camera for my Grandson as his first camera. Solid and well built with a trick sliding door lens cap that turn the camera on an off was excellent and big hit. A 2x opticial plus a 2x digital zoom makes this a great buy. And the low 2MP resolution is ok for a beginner camera as most piture never get printed out. They are just stored in memory, backup and displayed in a screen saver. Pop up flash. and AA battery makes this a practical camera. The only disadvntage is size and of course resolution. However your buying what was $400.00 camera for less that $20.00 on an adverage.Read full review...

Great little camera

I have owned Olympus cameras for years and love the high quality of them. This little camera is excellent for emailing pictures and perfect for selling items on EBAY. Both my husband and I own one and keep one with us for those moments that we want to remember forever. Great for day pictures only!

I've had this camera for over 5 years. It's great for pictures in the day only. The pictures are good not great. Nighttime pictures you can't even see what you took. Close-ups are awful. I use is mainly for listing items online but if someone wants a close up of the back of something, forget it, it's impossible to read anything or have it be clear. For only using for items which do not need close-ups, it's fine.Read full review...

Good used camera for what it does.

I was looking for a camera that I could use for my Craigslist and Ebay selling. I wanted a camera that did a nice job and had a smaller file, not so many megapixels. this one does the trick. I recommend taking out the batteries when not using it though.Read full review...

Nice little camera

This is a nice little camera that only needs 2 AA batteries, I bought it because I needed something to get images on line for auctions and 2 Megapixels is plenty..... and I had all sorts of smart media cards already..... nice camera if you can get if for under 30 bucks like I did.Read full review...
