Works ok for the price.

8.2vdc in will push only 475ma at 3.12v and 550ma at 3.4v.

it says 3000ma but really it is a 500ma unit for 3-4vdc out.

the micro adjuster potentiometer is very dodgy. the slightlest adjustment moves the voltage .3 volts per adjustment.

so i could only get 3.1 or 3.4 vdc out. i require 3.3vdc out and 750ma for my project. this unit will work with a slight over voltage and under current.

i will look for other items, if i can;t find any, this will work with only minor impact on component operation.Read full review
