Some kinds of quality issue

The item shipped VERY FAST than expected! Only 4 days received the item, amazing...

I met the problem that the weight value some time never read so the body fat also cannot been shown.

Tried someway to figure it out, I found that due to the handler of hand part shork will cause the problem.

So I have disassembly the handler part, and check the electroinic part, there is one capacitor NOT been welded. After I weld it myself, everything works well.

For the device itself, it is good, easy to use, solid body, dection is fast. For body fat and muscle value, the muscle value very stable so far so good. Body fat value sometime will very high if you lacking of water.

Compared with TANITA BC622, TANITA can measure water rate so the body fat will more stable than Omron one. And body fat value of OMRON will little bit higher than TANITA (18% vs 19.x% around 1% to 1.5%). At the same time the muscle will less than TANITA (the OMRON use % but TANITA use KG. The Basal metabolism will less than TANITA, 1790 vs 1755).Read full review...

Amazing scale

Amazing scale. I've done a lot of work on diet scales of their functions, quality, accuracy, etc. After reviewing so much comments online, I finally decided to give Omron a shot. THIS IS THE BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE! It has everything you need for a diet scale, it can also remember your data for "1/7/30/60/90days" separately which you can easily use to track your workout process. Here is a reminder, language in this scale is Japanese ONLY. NO ENGLISH in user guide, however, you can still find English version(of user guide)on Google. I can understand Japanese so this scale works perfectly fine for me. If you can understand Chinese, congratulations, you can easily operate this scale, too. Japanese and Chinese are similar.
