I received this after retiring my previous one of 12 years. I didn't realize how much better this new one is! Cleans well

I expected that, when it said it had a timer, there would be 30 second alerts like my Sonicare had. Instead it just has a 2 minute alert, meaning I have to watch the clock. The brush cleans well, but seems harsh. I'm used to a softer brush, so I'll consult with my dentist to see if it is OK to use such a stiff brush. Read full review
