Short and Simple

- CAMERA/APP QUALITY INCONSISTENCY: Camera delay is normal but, for the price, i was disappointed this app and camera kept freezing leaving me consistently restarting the app to confirm my baby's well being.
- SET-UP DIFFICULT: I'm technically inclined and found the set up to be very confusing (and when it did work properly) very tedious and annoying in general.
- THE SOCK IS UNSAFE: My wife is a Labor/Delivery & Mother Baby Registered Nurse and informed me that if our Daughter was in the hospital and reached above or below the set (unchangeable) parameters on this app she would be "coding" or be in danger of her life and emergency doctors would need to be called immediately. I hoped this "sock" could be used as a proactive measure but it cannot. It's almost pointless because if the app is not freezing then it's just a confirmatory tool but.. they literally say "do not use this as a diagnostic tool".
- *THE BIGGEST ISSUE* APATHY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID: My experience suggests this not a company by looking out for your child, they just want you to buy their product, they are not looking to improve this product with reviews. As defined in the picture/email attached i tried to set different parameters for the "sock", this was the most upsetting issue i encountered with this company. Upon making the company aware of the "sock issue" they sent me this response: "This product is only intended to assist you in tracking your baby’s well-being and is not intended to replace you as a caregiver... Do not use the Smart Sock as an excuse for unsafe sleep habits. Do not use the Smart Sock as a replacement for or in lieu of adult care.". Imagine the size plums you need to have to use words like this to the parents who want to buy your product! This is basically assuming that there customers are uneducated neglectful parents who don't care for there child. it's unreal, this response is unprofessional and childish.
