Decent for the money

Good for the casual user.
Scans will need post processing in a program like photoshop(or similar). The quality is good enough from the scans that you could easily post them to the web or print no larger than the standard 4" print you'd get at the local photolab.
Overall the product does do what it is supposed to despite the bad reviews I had read initially. This is great if youre not trying to compete with a more expensive nikon scanner.Read full review...

Began film photography as a hobby about a year ago. This is a very good scanner for scanning rolls as they are developed.

Be Warned.!!!

Before you buy this, make sure that your operating system is correct. Newer Macs will not work because of the outdated drivers in the scanner. I have a Mac 10.10.4 system and it will not take the outdated drivers. The company have not updated their drivers for the newer Macs and PC's. worked perfect strait out of the box easy set up. had great results from the images i have scanned, was able to make a 8x10 photo from and old negative with excellant quality.
