EXTREMELY Pleased!!!

Got this phone for mom's assisted living room to pair with her cell phone. Works like a charm! Extremely easy to pair the phone, and with 3 handsets put one in the sitting area, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom (yup!).
Set the cell phone ringer on silent, added all the numbers in mom's cell to the Panasonic phone so she can hear who's calling (mom is legally blind) and she can choose to answer or not.
One button call block is great too - I can add numbers to block that she doesn't answer that don't show a name and she tells me she didn't answer.
No need to pay for a phone in her room since her cell phone is on my plan. She can call her friends and they can still find her.

Did not work as promissed

Blue Tooth Function on this refurbished cordless phone did NOT work, as explained
in the manual.
Specifically ..............................................................................................................
The settings did NOT remain fixed, as I set them and another phone number
at my residence, other than the phone number dedicated to the Blue Tooth feature
ALSO RANG, at the same time as the dedicated phone number rang.

Therefore, I disabled the Blue Tooth feature, by removing the two mobile numbers from
Blue Tooth. Otherwise the mobile phone works well. I have kept the mobile phone, as
I do not want to go through the hassle of returning the phone.

I speculate that this mobile phone was returned to a store, because of this Mal-function
and the refurbishing process, did not detect this fault.

They work great , Ilike them . But when you want to make a call there's no sound or click .The feature for an earpiece phone for mobility is the best part .

Sound is clear. Voice that tells who is calling is understandable. The main phone stand was super easy to set up, but haven't been able to figure out how to attach the phone line to the second phone. The quality is very good and the materials feel substantial. The handset stays charged for a very long time (have had it off the hook for two days and it's still charged). Elderly phone fix

My elderly mother was having issues using a cell phone. I used the Bluetooth connection on these phones and left a smart phone plugged in and hidden away. I set the phones up at home and the paired connection stayed when I plugged them in at her facility. The only drawback was you have to set the speed dial up on each of the three handsets individually. She can hear much better using these phones.
