Great songs and at a reasonable price

I didn't expect to get a CD in the great shape that it is no scratches.
I was expecting it to be sratched up with normal wear and tear it being Goodwill..
I will be doing a lot of future business with Goodwill. I recommend if you don't want to spend a lot for a great product I suggest checking out Goodwill on eBay..

Tinny digital Black Sabbath…

Yes the music did make rock stars out of this now legendary band but opt for the Japanese 2-fer or the 80s Castle label in the stead

Never gets too old to hear again

This is the rock that I grew up on. Black Sabbath was by far my favorite band and I played this along with "Masters Of Reality" and "Black sabbath Vol one" and "Volume 4" over and over again just like I did with Metallica's first 4 releases. I would change the pace with Led Zep, Floyd, The Nuge',Van Halen, Rush, or Queen, But I always wanted more sabbath. Other Bands covering Black Sabbath always are a good listen too, But hearing the Original band on this CD is as good a listen now as when I first started hearing them.Read full review...

CD Paranoid by Black Sabbath

I love this CD it has the effect of cheering us up during these dark days in American brought on by the meddling of the OBAMA administration. When Obama and his Chicago cronies start spewing their misleading propaganda designed to pray upon th insecurities and fears of a population that is in the grips of a morel and financial breakdown. Rampant unemployment the Obama solution spend more money, Degrading school systems the Obama solution give the unions more money spend more money, Health care system strangling the middle class the Obama solution give the unions and insurance companies a break and spend more money. Obama solution to all current crises spend more money now, raise taxes in the future and hand the bill to the next generation and the next and the next and the next and at the same time kiss the butt of China , Russia and the middle east including Iran. Early Sabbath at their best!

This is one of the best heavy metal-albums of all time! This followup to Black Sabbath-Black Sabbath is excellent! Great songs like War Pigs, Paranoid,Iron Man, Electric Funeral are Black Sabbath all time classics!
The band wasn't strung out on drugs and having major problems which happened later. Planet caravan is softer but Fairies wear boots, and Hand of Doom are heavy numbers! Guitar hero III made me buy this!

I'll admit I bought this cd because I am trying to make my own soundtrack for the game Guitar hero III. From all the music sites I looked at to find the song 'Paranoid' this album is the only 'non-live' recording I could find. I also had read and heard that this album is the beginning of metal. After listening to the album a couple of times I would have to agree this album is classic. You're not just buying one song, you're getting a complete album that rocks!Read full review...

Paranoid by Black Sabbath

This is an amazing metal cd. I bought it at first for its fame and for the fact that I knew three of its songs, but after listening to the whole thing, I realized that even the songs I didn't know sounded great. Paranoid, War Pigs, and Iron Man are extremely recognizable, and sound fabulous. Even though it has only eight tracks, it still clocks in at about the same time as many other cds.
