A must read for All Americans in todays Political Clima

Patriot Games is a book written back a few years ago but is very on -topic for the world climate today. Clancy has an uncanny insight into the terrorist and political mind. If you want to know how our government really works,Read this book and others by Clancy.He is a master technician when it comes to the sheer detail he is able to produce in battle scenes,political order and emotion.The caracters are real,they come alive. I read this book in Two days! I could not put it down!
The action begins almost from the very first page and it is a non stop tour de force untill the end.Action packed and sometimes a little too real. I bought this book on Ebay after reading some of Clancys newer books.This is really Jack Ryans debut into the world of spycraft and all that is to come. It is set in a time a few years before The Hunt For Red October,where you first heard of Jack Ryan.This tale lets you know how a history teacher and former Stock Market junkie begins his road to the ........Well if I tell you that it will ruin your fun as you read more of the Ryan series,and you will after you get a taste of this one.I reccomend you read all the Clancy books written to date starting with this on,It is Clancys second book about Ryan and should have been written first.Read them in order and you will be a huge fan of Tom Clancy.Read full review...

Patriot Games

Tom Clancy is one of my favorite authors, I have read nearly all of his books, And my only complaint is that he doesnt write fast enough, I need at least one new book every week :O)
I wont divulge any plots of the book because if you are like me you dont wont to know the plots untill you reach them in the book.

I loved finding this rare example of an advanced readers copy of Patriot Games by Tom Clancy. This is a very hard book to find, especially in good condition.
