Great little gadget for organizing pictures.

I was afraid it would be complicated to use, not so, it is very easy to use. Price was fair. So far I am delighted. Have used it on 2 laptops, still have my phone and tablet to do.

I keep pictures in several folders on my desk top according to what they are related to. I don’t know how the program imbedded in this “stick” chooses how/where to look for photos but when I plugged it in, it only picked up about a third of my pics. I was under the impression that it would search all the files in a total scan and sort the .jpg, .mov, etc but that isn’t the case. It will pick up duplicates but mine only picked duplicates within each folder. It isn’t what I thought it was going to be. I wouldn’t buy it again.Read full review...

It does what they advertise.

It is my opinion that the Photo Backup Stick does what it is claimed to do. I plugged it in and in no time it scanned my computer and told me how many photographs I had. I can't say that it was slow or fast. I had 7,000 photographs to save. Doesn't take long to locate them but it will take time to copy, file and store them. I can't fault it in any way.
