Plano can do better.
Well made and seals against moisture. BUT...the design is bad. The spinnerbaits/buzzbaits hang over the center rack with the body (skirt) down in box and blades down on other side. This makes it almost impossible to see what color skirt and type of blades. Plus they get tangled when pulling out to see what bait it is. Expected better from Plano.Read full review...

It's a sturdy well constructed box but the dividers don't line up very well and there are no grooves where the bait wires can hang but overall a very nice well made box
