Top quality product with feature you cannot do without
Good top of line product from Plantronics. It let's you know who is calling from your contact list so you know whether to answer or ignore. Audio quality is quite good. Just think the battery could be a little better as it only goes to 80 percent, 4 hours. My Legend goes to 7 hours at 80 percent and it's almost 4 years old.Read full review...

Not as good as told
Not really sure what to say about this yet but I'm not really happy with this item! I was told everything works as it should and no problems with it. Well that's FALSE the charging base will not hold a full charge past 30 minutes! The ear bud talk time is 6 hrs I worked a 12 hr day and got maybe 2 hours into my day and it said 20% battery life left I talked on it for 20 minutes!! Volume too low to use headset much
It never really worked well. Could only hear OK when using in a quiet room. Inaudible volume when using in a car. Stopped using it altogether less than a month after buying. Basically, the refurbished version just isn't worth it and you get what you pay for (about 20% function for 20% of the retail price).Read full review...

It works at about at 50% level.
Battery Will not charge up past 70%. Does not accept any of the voice commands. So I cannot ask the ear piece to answer the call or ignore a call. None of the command features work or any other voice command.

Dissatisfied
Bluetooth will not pair with phone. The radio receiver is shot. To add insult to injury, I removed ear tip to replace with a smaller one and the headset fell apart. I guess the ear piece was glued on. When it came off everything fell apart. I notified seller but have not heard back. I am no stranger to Plantronics headsets. This piece is ridiculously worthless.
