Backbeats 2 go

I bought them as a gift for son's birthday, took a few minutes to figure out how they work, but once figured, they are crystal clear as a Bluetooth, and work nicely for listening to music, you tube, etc. They are not to totally uncomfortable in the ear either, as soon as you find the right position of the ear snugs. As soon as I can, I would like to get me a pair too. I would recommend these to anyone that is comfortable wearing earbuds or a Bluetooth.Read full review...

Great for the money

I play it loud so I expect shorter playtime - Lasted my entire walk with the pups - about 1-1/2 hours with a charge. Case has a battery in it so that was unexpected. Not an in-ear fan but fit was good enough. For the money a no brainer for a guy who destroys wired headsets. Maybe these will last me longer than a few months.Read full review...

The the product does not meet reasonable expectations

The the product does not meet reasonable expectations. First it is difficult to keep sync with bluetooth on iPhone 6 but worse of all the buds will not stay in the ear and after a short while are uncomfortable.

What to do ? If you want to wear these for any other reason they flat on your bed for short period I would encourage you to buy a set that have ear hooks slipping over your ears then resting the buds in the ear or just buy headphones that are more comfortable and functional.

Serious why bother selling a product that does not meet reasonable expectations.

It's Okay

Pros: lightweight / easy to carry / great sound / long distance for a Bluetooth headset, it never lost connection with my phone

Cons: they keep falling out of my ear which is VERY annoying. I have tried all of the ear buds / the battery life is very short, like 3 hours max / you must have both earbuds in at the same time otherwise they shift on your neck and can fall off very easilyRead full review...

Sound is good, but can't keep it in my ears, so worthless

I've used 2 Plantronics Backbeat 903+ headsets in the past. I loved them - great sound, convenient to also be a phone headset, and comfortable. These absolutely don't stay in my ears. My wife tried them with the same result. I tried all of the alternative sized rubber ends to the earbuds, but had the same result. If I hold them in my ears, the sound is very good. It's also rather inconvenient to have the control dangling on the cord.
I'm extremely dissatisfied. If you can get them to stay in your ears, more power to you.

Great value

I was looking for something cheap to match my personality. Ha ha. Not really. I have had pricier Bluetooth earbuds. I am really hard on earbuds. Do these sound as good. No. But they were only $ 9.99. They sound pretty good for the price. I have had many plantronics products. Always work well.Read full review...

Great quality for the price!

I purchased the BackBeat Go 2 earphones and charging case certified refurbished for $15.99. Considering these earphones retailed for up to $90 it's an amazing deal, best value earphones I've purchased. Pairing is very easy and the earphones and very comfy and secure. I would strongly recommend getting these with the optional charging case for a few extra dollars as the battery life isn't the best. I usually get maybe 2 hours or so out of the earphones with constant use. Not a deal breaker for me because sound quality is great, especially for high and mids. Overall you can't beat it at this price range for a great pair of Bluetooth earphones.Read full review...

EXCELLENT! (If you get a working pair.)

The sound is very good. Not as good as my Bose, but nevertheless very good. The batteries last all day and then some! The fit is very snug, which I like, because they will not fall out during a work out. The first pair I bought was in 2014, and I have bought a few more pairs of these over the year. I have tired others, but always come back to these. The value simply cannot be beat! The only problem has been that I have received a few that would not take a charge out of the box. In every instance, they were replaced, but sometimes the replacements also would not take a charge either--but they were replaced free of charge as well. As long as you get a working pair, they are great. I highly recommend them, but just be sure they will take a charge first.Read full review...

These are better than the earbuds.

I ordered these to rework my older Plantronic Backbeat Go 2. They are exactly as described and fit as they should. Now my opinion While the replacement earplugs fit great, I didn't realize how worthless the Plantronic earbuds were. They don't even last for one work-out. Since they only last about 30 minutes on a FULL charge, I have no use for these. I should have shelled out a little more money and ordered a new pair of earbuds. I have since ordered a set of AXGIO 2 plugs to replace these. I found the AXGIOs for $16.00 and free shipping. So my advise: These are exactly as described and fit great but if you are having any problems with you Plantronic Backbeat Go 2 Earbuds, just go ahead and replace. It's been my experience that these type buds only last about a year or so. Don't try to repair them, just replace them, and keep in mind there is very little difference between the expensive ones and the ones that sell for 20 bucks. Read the reviews and make your own decision.Read full review...

The sound is just fine

Not recommend for listening to music. Good for listening to news. The sounds is just fine and easy to set up for the first device. second device is a little harder to pair. I have to pair by pressing 2 buttons of volume at the same time.Read full review...
