Polaris P40 repairs.
This picture is not representative of the current item. The white gear (rt. side) has now been replaced with an aluminum or stainless one. Also not showing are the bearings on either side--they are subject to wear, which then causes the unit's gears NOT to mesh and in turn causes the P40 to stop cleaning. Replaced some other parts in my P40 and now it runs like new. If you need to have your unit serviced, MAKE sure they check for any bearing slop in the mating components.Read full review
