clean,clear sound, very nice for the price

after reading many reviews i decided to buy these(never used polk before this) to replace the factory speakers in my 2012 malibu(db 651s in the front and db651 in the rear deck),even on the factory head unit they are much clearer and cleaner then the factory speakers, plus its nice to be able to direct the tweeters to hear the highs better,but they do need more power to get the full sound, so i replaced the head unit with a jvc kw-r800bt and now there 100% better, im not an audio expert but they sound better then the kenwoods i had in another car i had and the kenwoods sounded very good to me, i would recommend these to a friend especiallly for the priceRead full review...

Sound quality and clarity are out of sight!

I bought these speakers to upgrade my sound system and I am NOT disappointed at all. They sound great! I can crank these things up to the max, and the sound stays clear as day. I had Kickers before and those crappy things blew. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone.Read full review...

Good if you have proper power.

These are great speakers given you have a proper amp to push them properly. Without the amp they are going to be usless. Better than alot of higher end speakers for much lower costs. I would buy again... and yes they are quite shallow mounting.Read full review...

Its a good deal

I put four of these on my 2004 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic to replace the factory speakers. The sound quality is awesome.

Excellent Speakers!

These are excellent speakers! Shallow for a good fit in OEM Holes and make a heck of a difference! The rubber is thick and durable not cheap and flimsy and seems like it will hold up for long periods of time. The cones are well put together. Great speakers, especially for the price.

Very good speakers. Nice and clean crisp sound. Shallow mount, no modifications needed for a Honda Civic coupe. Would buy again.
