The best value for the money vs. power vs sound!

This speaker is only rated at 50 watts RMS per channel, using both RCA inputs it is actually 100 watts per channel, more than enough power to fill a 20 by 30 foot room with room shaking bass. I have to turn the gains down about halfway to balance it out with my television, which is rated at 45 watts per channel. At this setting there is absolutely zero distortion; just clean, tight, solid bass! Amazing reproduction of sound at a fraction of the cost of the higher end models. Read full review...

this subwoofer makes eveything sound so much better I use the rca in the back to hook up to my Interface/ mixer this sub has a great sound i use it as a addtion with my speakers hooked to my computer for watching movies and listening to music. i never turn this subwoofer all the way up to the max because you dont need to, it has a clear crisp sound you hear everything.Read full review...

Small powerhouse fills room with mellow tones

Small but powerful, 50 watt, front firing sub is ideal for smaller homes with carpeting. Easy speaker wire hook-up(also has single RCA line-in type) and small size aids in placement. Auto on/off very handy as I often turn off my electronics in a hurry. I have a larger POLK sub in my basement home theater, but this one works well for my front room, music-only application. Great Sound, Great Price

This purchase completed my first "real" audio system. Did i need it? Probably not. But the Polk sub really fills in the depth of the sound and I'm completely thrilled I got it.
