Strange but Engaging
I really like this movie. It's strange in the best way possible, though somewhat confusing. What struck me most about the film is the attention to detail. In one scene that occurs at a bar the song "I'm My Own Grandpa" by Granpa Jones is playing in the background. While easily overlooked, the song foreshadows the ending and almost encapsulates the plot. I loved that little detail.
As for the product itself, the DVD arrived on time and in good condition. I definitely recommend this seller.Read full review...

Good enough movie nothing extraordinary
The reviews have been pretty good around the net so I was expecting better. Many reviews have suggested the movie was slightly confusing and that they may have to watch it a second time; I was pleasantly surprised by the end however not confused. Yes, there are twists and turns but that's what movies like this do for the viewer. Brilliant but heartbreaking dark science fiction
Unlike many time-travel films, this one doesn't have any holes. The plot is tied up neatly, if somewhat unpleasantly. Jane had such an unhappy life! Not since David in A.I.: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE have I felt so sorry for a fictional character. There is an expectation, in fiction, that if someone is deserving and undergoes great hardship, he or she will succeed in the end. But that doesn't always happen in real life, so don't expect it here. It left me wondering: is a horrible life, with only brief fleeting moments of happiness, better than never being born in the first place? And do human beings really have free choice, or is a higher power (Fate, God, the government) pulling the strings? PREDESTINATION is a must-see film that will inspire discussion.Read full review...

Quite soon into the film I had an insight about the plot, but as the story continued I learned it was even more involved and engaging than I initially supposed.
