Worked great
I was very skeptical at first since I’ve tried other creams, oils, etc in the past, but with all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. The price is a little high for the tiny (and I mean tiny) amount you get, but it was well worth it! I had a mole on my stomach for as long as I can remember, and I absolutely hated it. Felt like people would stare at it, and it made me so self conscious that I never took my shirt off in front of anyone for years.
This stuff removed it completely! I followed the directions exactly, was patient, and it payed off. It’s gone. I recommend using vitamin e oil as the directions suggest to help heal it, and to minimize any chance of scarring.
Highly recommend this stuff! It does burn slightly when you first put it on, but not that bad. And it also scabs up noticeably, so if you’re gonna use this on a visible area, just be prepared for that. Also don’t let the tiny amount you get discourage you from getting it. This is a prime example of a little bit goes a long way.

Leaves scar
Very expensive product for the amount you receive. I used on a raised mole, in an area that was non-visable, which caused a red/pink scar the same size as the mole. I would not recommend this product for a mole on your face or area that you may be self conscious about. I used on raised moles which were rubbing and therefore having a scar was not as important to me. I would not recommend using on flat moles because it leaves a scar the same size as the previous mole - so what is the point.
Product says the black scab that forms may take a week to heal or up to three weeks. Expect that it will take three weeks. The product says the scar will heal in a few weeks, expect that it will take much, much longer, if at all.Read full review

Works Very Well !!! and is far less costly or stressful than mole surgery
I recently used this on a very large and ugly mole on the side of my back. The mole was super black and irregularly shaped. Could have been cancerous for all I know.
Anyway, I used this product on it (and yes it does cause a painful sting as they say it might) but that means it is working and worked is what it did. The mole is now gone and I am happy about that. It did leave a bit of noticeable skin discoloration which may lead to bit of a scar but I could care less about that. The huge and ugly mole is gone and I am happy.
If the mole ever tries to come back I will use this again. They did say that some thick and stubborn moles may require multiple treatments. This product works well. Wish it was a little less expensive but as they say "you get what you pay for"Read full review

I have had a mole/wart on the side of my nose and I was very impressed with how quickly and easily this product worked. Within days it was 90% gone and now there is nothing but a small red spot which will quickly heal. Because of the size of my wart/mole, I had a small amount of bleeding but I just applied a circular band aid for a few days. It did form a small scab from the bleeding but with each day that shrunk. Been using it for 20 years now and it WORKS! METABOLIC issues result in a return of SOME of the "beauty marks" & skin tags, but luckily it's a small / VERY small % of them and I'll still get a good several years of relief - i.e. having to use this product once every 5-7 years sure ain't bad! Do make sure you have tough skin though; it will look like pock marks / chicken pock scars that can take weeks/months to heal. Works quickly and as described
I keep getting skin tags around my neck, which both embarrass me and make me nervous because I like to wear necklaces. But the cost and time involved in having my doctor remove them was more than I could afford, so I just told myself to 'get over it' and stop being so self-conscious. The other over-the-counter treatments I've tried never worked, so I didn't really have much hope that this would either. I'm excited to say that this stuff really does what the instructions say it does!! Here's the low-down: you need to read the instructions and follow them exactly. The product requires you to rough up the skin tags/moles/warts before applying so that the liquid in the treatment can penetrate the skin. Do not skip this step! If you do, it's not going to do anything. This was a bit difficult on some of my skin tags so I had to do the treatment twice on a few of them. Also, be prepared for it to sting a lot for a minute or two. It didn't make me cry or anything, but if you have a low pain tolerance you will find this uncomfortable. It's working if you feel it sting and notice after about 20 minutes that the tag turned a dark color. If it didn't do that, then do another treatment of it. The jar of the liquid is an amount that you will think is a joke when you open it. Trust me, it will cover quite a bit! You only need like a tiny drop of it on the area if you've prepped your skin like the instructions say. Yes, the product seems like it's expensive...but it's a fraction of the cost I would have paid if I had my doctor remove these. And it's a fraction of the cost I've already paid for all the other over the counter treatments that never worked. So, I consider it a very good value. I highly recommend it (at least for skin tags, as that's all I used it on)!Read full review

Worked like a charm!
I was very impressed. I was worried about a skin tag on my eye lid and the safety factor. I also had a rather large mole on the top of my ear which was embarrassing if I wore my hair behind my ear. I really doubted that Wart & Mole Vanish would take care of the mole on the ear! The mole looked like it belonged on a witches nose in a movie or book. As the instructions say the mole, tag, or wart should turn black within minutes of application. My ear required more then one treatment because it turned gray and not black. After the third application I gave up thinking it wasn't going to work. However I woke up in the morning and it was black, to my surprise. I now happily wear my hair behind my ear! As for the skin tag on my eyelid, I no longer am embarrassed when people comment how beautiful my eyes are, because I now know they aren't looking at the skin tag!
Follow the instructions, read up, watch videos about this product. THIS IS A MUST!
Expect more then a slight stinging! The more you penetrate/scratch the mole, wart or skin tag the better penetration for the remover. I liken the pain to alcohol on an open wound, which is practically what it is. The more sensitive the spot the more it stings!
The only drawback is the amount of the remover you get, its super tiny! Again watch videos and you will see first hand what you are getting yourself into! Nonetheless.. I'm a very HAPPY camper!Read full review

Gets the job done
