It works. I open the capsules and only use 50 to 100 mg in water once and a while. Not every day and not 2 capsules. Then get exercise several times a week. Your brain and stomach have to adjust to higher test and lower estrogen. Id recommend using it in moderation. If you get to much you get insomnia and high blood pressure.
