It's pretty fun! Definitely got some moves and had to rewind a couple times but caught on easy enough. Good for aerobics.

Great Value and Fun Workout

I love how the Pussycat Dolls dance and they have incredible bodies, so I HAD to get this DVD when I found out about it. This is a great, fun workout video. It definitely gets your heartbeat racing. There is a nice warm up, three different dances and then a cool down. The Burlesque style dance was like a cool down session for me. I loved learning all the dances and I like that they do repetitions. I just wish they have broken down some of the steps more. Do not recommend. Not enough exercise to warrant breaking a sweat.

I bought this video to help me lose baby weight and to have fun while doing it. Don't waste your money. I was hoping to feel sexy while burning calories. For me, it is very slow moving and does not provide an "even" workout for my whole body. I did heat up a bit and can see where some might get decent exercise. But for me, it wasn't enough cardio to warrant me breakinga sweat. At the rate of this video, it will take me a year to lose 5 lbs... I would not recommend this product.Read full review...

Deosn't cut it!

This definately is not what I consider a workout. It is basically a 15 second portion of a routine repeated over and ever and over. Didn't get my heart going at all. This would be ok if you just want to learn a FEW sexy dance moves, however, their music videos can be watched for free to learn the steps and would probably be as helpful as the guidence in this dvd.Read full review...
