Great little vacuum
I have several Ridgid products and needed a small vacuum for the truck and camper. Since I already have the batteries for this and love all my other Ridgid products it was a easy decision. Vacuum is quiet and has very good suction. Better than I expected actually. I have not used it for water cleanup but works great on wood debris, drywall scraps and kids messes in the vehicles.Read full review...

Great vac
this thing really has good power and suction. I'm getting about 3.25 minutes per amp/hour of battery so a 4Ah batt. will give you about 13 minutes of run time(no load). You can get other vacs that may last longer but they aren't going to have the power or suction.Read full review...

The two big orange latch quick releases and debris container separates from rest of unit and just dump it and reattach.
The unit is very light and has a very strong suction for a cordless vac of its size. I was so very pleased with overall performance that a few days latter i ordered three more. Another one for myself and a couple for friends which also have and use the ridged system. The flex extend hose makes it easy to carry around and still be able to reach with one hand while holding unit in the other hand or even with vac sitting on the ground. Ridgid Cordless Wet Dry Vac
I was having issues with the ball stopper plugging up the hole and stopping suction. I took out the ball and now it performs very well. The battery doesn't last very long on a 4.0 battery but I have 4 of them so my needs are met. I wish it could accept bags but their is no tub on the inside to attach a bag too. Poor suctioning, despite clean filter andfully-charged battery!
This is my “second” attempt at trying to get sufficient suction from this device. The first time, I returned the entire unit to Ridgid and they QUICKLY and SATISFACTORILY REPLACED the vacuum, however, it has never performed as well in picking up anything; including sawdust in my shop. Rigid cordless vacuum
We use our back patio daily so I use it mostly on our back patio for keeping it clean . It vacuums smaller leaves and grit with ease. I am very happy with it.
