The Rabbit Hole is almost more than the viewer wants to know about the grief process that ensues following the untimely death of a four-year-old son. As a school counselor of 36-years, I was involved in a number of situations that involved the loss of a child. The actors in this DVD depicted magnificently the almost unbearable pain of parents as they went through the stages of grief - especially the stage of guilt. Even tougher to watch was their interaction with the young driver of the car who hit their son. OMG! I found myself in tears as I looked into his eyes and heard his quivering voice. Very touching, remarkable movie.

The movie was moving and realistic, and doesn't show the gruesome part of the son dying. Definitely focus on after death and the will to survive and move on after tragedy.

this movie was very enjoyable to me.it is glum in nature.the movie is about a couple who lose their son.he runs into the street and is hit by a car.the movie shows how the couple survives with the loss of their son.it shows how they carry on and cope.nicole kidmans charecter finds piece of mind talking to the teenage boy who killed her son.aaron eckhart finds his piece of minde through a woman he meets at group.to me the story revovles around how the couple cope with each other as they have drifted apart after the accident and how the try to get back and reach other again.Read full review...
