A must have for competing in todays business world

In the business world of rock bottom prices and "Big Box" stores, we are all seeing small business go "out of business".

There are also the few enduring small business that seem to thrive in a community where others have failed.

The secret theses business' likely possess is found within. Raving Fans is the way to keep loyal customers coming back for more. They will spend more money in your store and come back twice as often to do it if you follow the principles found in this book.

I personally implemented several of the strategies in my organization and I have seen noticeable results come from it.

A good reminder of why we're in business.

This is a solid audiobook, narrated in the form of a fictional story. It is an easy "read" (as it is meant to be) that keeps you engaged in the storyline.

As far as content, it is spot on with it's message. If you want to create Raving Fans, you have to get back to the basics.

In today's global economy, satisfied customers are no longer the object - a business must create Raving Fans.
