I was only expecting to get the case and figured I could simply swap out the guts. As it turned out the replacement FOB came with all the electronic works anyway. Never the less, all I had a mind to do was swap out the guts.and be done with it. But as it tuned out the electronics to my original FOB had become damaged and I didn't notice till I tried to make the swap out. So keeping my fingers crossed, I used the new electronics that came with the new FOB and it worked like a charm and it was as easy as could be to program and worked the very first time I tried. So I got the new FOB for about $15.00 and the one I was looking at when I went to Auto Zone was $189.00. Talk about being pleasantly surprised! If there was a way to give 10 Stars for this product, I would! Getting something you weren't counting on that works this well and easy just doesn't happen very often. BTW, the shipping was fast. Unable to program to my Honda Odyssey
After watching multiple tutorials, I was still unable to program it to my Honda Odyssey. I have program 2 other remotes myself, but not this one. I was informed that it has to programmed by a Honda dealership (closest one is 30 miles from me) or by a locksmith (they want to charge me $50 to do it!!!)Read full review...
