Old game but a classic.

This is one of the first titles made for the PS3 so I thought it would be a good game to play right after I bought my PS3. The game has a good story line and it's really satisfying shooting the alien, virus , bad guy things.
Dislikes were the short story mode and I always felt like I was in crouch mode. I think the gun placement should have been a little higher.Read full review...

You really owe it to yourself to give this one a shot

If you consider yourself a fan of first-person shooters, then you really owe it to yourself to give Resistance: Fall of Man a shot. Whether that means taking the plunge for a PlayStation 3, playing one over at your filthy-rich friend's house, or whatever else it's going to take is beside the point. What matters is that developer Insomniac Games took the best aspects of some of the best first-person shooters from the past couple of years, added some great weapons and visual flourishes, and put it all together just in time for the PS3's launch.Read full review...

nice game

It is a good game to spend a couple hours per day...

the graphics are nice, but we always expect more, you know being a PS3...

anyway, if you have some time to spare, I suggest you to go ahead and buy it, beat the game on the easy mode so you get acquainted and gain expertise.. then beat the game on the other difficult levels before you go online... the guys there seam to not do anything else besides playing and will beat the shit out of you easy and quick!! ahuahuahuh

jokes a part, being one of the first releases it is overall a good game, but again there is power hidden inside the PS3 to be unleashed!

Resistance: Fall of Man

This is a First Person Shooter based in a alternate hhistory that has unique weapons and a great enemy to fight against. The Chimera are relentless and smart enough to give the player a challange. The variety of weapons and their many functions gives the player lots of options when trying to fight the Chimera. one of the awesome game of the year fun to play if your inrested in this game i got say well u just can't get enough of this & take my word for it this game is awesome to play if your gamer & u don't what to play this is it i recommend on this game it so worth playing 10 out 10 perfect
plus beleave gamers i got the worlds greatest to the worst & take from me i just love even the world dumdest game could be awesome on my book to graphic well don't see the problem with but all i can is a job well done sound hmmmm i hear just it perfecly the music i think i love videogame music i just can't get enough of it & the gameplay well as u see its like i all ready knew how to play when i got it at the store ready if u don't beleave what i say then take look at the game 4 yourself if u don't like it then don't play it

One of the best co-op games for ps3

I tend to play games with my brother in law when we aren't both busy with work and families, but when we do find time we prefer to be on the same team. Unfortunately many games these days do not offer a respectable co-op mode with substance, though joyfully Resistance is an exception. You can play through the entire single player campaign with 2 people, which leads to some dramatic and dynamic strategic situations. Two thumbs up, well four actually. =)Read full review...
