Mixed bag:some good songs and some not-so-good songs.

I bought this mainly because I admire Gram Parsons. I also bought it because it had a very positive product review. I also liked the artists involved in the tribute. I was a bit disappointed because on some tracks either the artists or the rendition didn't meet my expectations. When you buy a tribute album you never know what you'll get. Great Hard to find Music.

I was a Gram Parsons fan, when he was with Flying Burrito Brothers, back in early 1970's late 60's. Return of the Grievous Angel has brought back lots of trippey memory's of days gone by. Like Joshua Tree national park. It wasn't nation park then.Read full review...

Great compilation - all tracks are quality - no whacky interpretations like you find on other tribute collections. Highly recommended.

Looking at the quality of the artists that do the tribute to Gram Parsons was enough for me. Excellent production and performances.

I like Gram Parsons music alot. This CD did not have the style or energy to carry on with Parsons persona of country belly music. But it was enjoyable to listen to the various artists who made the track.Read full review...
