Roku has come a long way since I first got one 10 years ago (or so). I switched to Fire TV for the last 5 years and didn't really like it. When switching back to Roku, I was very please. It's responsive and easy to set up with the TV. Still, the fact that you have to login to each app individually seems like an antiquated approach. IOS and Android (I'm on Android and set up my MIL's phone on IOS) have gotten SO GOOD at saving apps and logged in accounts to a profile, such so that the device has become almost irrelevant. Roku needs that kind of user account approach that saves all of the passwords and subscriptions and then applies them on that device after 2-factor authentication.Read full review...

Fairly easy to set up / not difficult to use / streaming has buffered with other products, I have never seen this product buffer and once you learn the fundamentals, navigation becomes easy. I like the displays and how user friendly they are once you get proficient at navigating the firmware. We recommend this product to anyone who wants to stream live and on demand products. This little device is a powerhouse.
I have an older TV and new apps can not be added and the old ones can not be updated so I was having problems streaming some movies. Buying and installing Roku Express 4K has solved the problem without having to buy a brand new TV. I like it so much that I am thinking of cancelling my satellite service and saving a bundle since cable and satellite rates keep increasing and Roku offers so many entertainment options. this Roku is so easy to use that it makes life very easy. just tell it which service you want to use once it is fired up and it will immediately dial you in you can also tell it other things and see if it'll change channels depending on the service. the volume control works with TVs but it does not work with the soundbar that I have but overall it is fantastic. it has removed. of distorted vision and highly upgraded even the sound. A wonderful device for streamers!
The ROKU is a wonderful device that let's you corral many of your streaming services in to one package and it does 4K VERY WELL. I have two now and love having it. What seems to make it better than other streaming devices is the selection of free shows (older shows, but many beloved ones from my youth).
