I love this keyboard, the pianos are even better than I thought they would be. A big variety of other sounds as well and so far they have all been very good sounds, but I haven’t been through them all yet. Features are great, sampler, sequencer, vocoder, arpeggiator and d-beam! The action of the Key-bed is great. Has a fair amount of weight to it. I wish it would have had the wooden keys that the RD 800 had but the keys do feel good and are fun to play. The keyboard itself is not that heavy. It checks all of the boxes for me. Draw backs, the body is plastic, I would have preferred aluminum. Although it does feel pretty sturdy. It is missing a few sounds. No flute, no harpsichord, no yamaha cp- 80 patch which has become a staple on most keyboards also no violin or cello. Not a huge deal as I have other keyboards. I just found that a bit strange strange. I do feel that this keyboard although it is a workstation can easily be a very good substitute for a digital piano. This makes it extremely useful to me. You do have to strike the keys pretty hard to get the brightness of the pianos to come out, but I’m sure you could adjust the sensitivity if you want to. Organ sounds are pretty good which for me is an area where Roland usually fails. Electric pianos are very good. The FA-08 fits into my rig perfectly. Right now it’s all Roland. Powerhouse of a Synth

Very versatile with regards to sounds, customization of these sounds, and the SUPERNATURAL engine does every sound justice. For example, my son has created multiple different-colored piano samples and added them to one of his "Favorite Banks" and his creativity is sparked through this product, striving to get every sound at an ultra-realistic tone, level, and so on and so forth. Does it all!

This keyboard is fantastic. Sounds are so pure and natural. Keybed feels just like a grand piano. I haven’t gotten deep into arranging yet but ability looks endless. Very happy so far.
