Roland SC-55mkII, Awesome piece of retro midi equipment goodness.
The Roland SC-55mkII is an awesome piece of retro gaming equipment that I have always wanted. This sound module brings all of the midi soundtracks in your games alive, and how the music was originally meant to sound. I love it, and I'm sure that anyone who can get their hands on one of these will love it too.
The shipping was awesome. It arrived a whole two days before the minimum estimated date. That's awesome. The seller is awesome for adding extra accessories to the lot that not many sellers do (most just sold the bare unit without a power suppply and an audio cable) and getting the package out in a timely manner.
I recommend this product to anyone who wants to hear their game music the way it was meant to be heard. It is not a necessary purchase, but a nice one if you can afford it.Read full review...

Wonderful retro midi synthesizer
Perfect for later era DOS games that support general midi or GS standards. The mkII has a little extended set of instruments over the original SC-55, that some games can make use of. You will need a midi interface of some sorts to talk to it. I got mine with a AC 110v power adapter, but replaced it with a 230v adapter of 9v and 1000mA output wall adapter for use in Europe (note negative center pin).Read full review...

This is an awesome Midi Synth Box.
Yes you can do most of this with software today but I wanted hardware.
If you play retro computer games this has the MT-32 option in the setup as well as General Midi, and GS Midi settings.Read full review...

Awesome vintage General MIDI synth module!
When I first got into music, This was THE MIDI module to own. I worked hard and saved my summer earnings to buy one way back in the early 90's. I still own it today after 25+ years! Keep in mind that most SC-55 modules floating around these days do not include the remote control.Read full review...
