Great value, very reliable, long battery life, easy to install and use

Although more updated models with more bells and whistles have come along, the SMH10 remains a solid value for helmet headsets. With a 12-hour battery life, it outlasts many other fancy (more expensive) units. I have used these headsets for years in all kinds of weather (hot, dry, dusty, rain, cold) for days on end and they continue to perform very well. The simple controls are easy to use even with heavy, cold weather gloves. I use ear plugs while riding and the sound clarity and volume are still good. When not conversing about off-road conditions ahead, my music comes through loud and clear. Having logged tens of thousands of miles in all types of riding with the SMH10, I will continue to use them until they are no longer available.Read full review...

Great headset

They sync to our phones right away every time we turn them on . Even after being charge . Their is a little background noise at times when talking to one another . But not enough to make it hard to understand one another. Makes using my I-tunes music app easy . I can listen to my music and music or share music . My wife can talk on the phone on hers well I jam out to some tunes . Speaker performance isn't as good as a nice set of ear buds . The easiness of the built in Bluetooth is worth it to me . Easy install in our scorpion 1200 helmetsRead full review...

SENA SMH10D DUEL PACK UNIVERSAL FIT

I received the Sena in a timely manner and for a great price. I have used it almost every day. It has been as good as advertised. I've driven through rain and dust. It is very rugged and tuff. It works great alone or paired with another user. It's very easy to operate with one hand while riding a motorcycle. The instructions on how to use it is very simple and straight to the point. It took about seven minutes to install, about three minutes to read through the get started quick guide, and about two minutes of using the Sena to get comfortable using it. It's a very good and easy product to set up and use. We really enjoy our headsets and are very happy that we bought it.Read full review...

Outstanding

Super easy to use, great with my iPhone, volume level at 80mph is more than adequate. Intercom is amazing, almost all wind noise is alleviated. Absolutely nothing negative to say about product.

My first Sena purchase

This is my first Sena purchase. I got the SMH10 dual for me and my wife to communicate during our rides. She rides with me and there was always lots of what's? and I cant hear you. Sitting uncomfortably just to speak. Now she can sit back, relax and talk fairly normal. We seldom ride with anyone else with headsets so I cant speak on the range. We both wear half helmets. She says my intercom is completely clear. I sit right behind the fairing away from a lot of the wind but she does sit higher up behind me and the wind noise from her headset can be an issue. I have ordered an aftermarket fuzzy dead cat microphone cover from ebay because Sena doesn't offer it. We will see if that helps. Be careful with the rubber charge port covers. I've already broken one and Sena does not show a replacement. Truthfully it's a lot of money just to be able to talk. There are cheaper ways our there to communicate but I was I did pick Sena for the name, product support and hopefully reliability. Only time will tell if it was a good choice.Read full review...

Sena smh10d

Works great. The nose canceling mic does a good job of canceling engine nose. The only thing that would be better is off the speakers had a little more volume. I had to move them around in the helmet to get a better volume.Read full review...

Amazing

Installed was super easy, and connecting to my phone was without a hitch as well. Figured out easily how to connect intercomms to the other unit and we were up and running in minutes. Battery life is incredible and audio quality is surprisingly good.

End of the day I can't imagine riding without it.

More used than pictured but still function properly

Seemed to be more used and wear and tear on them than pictured, but they still work normal and included everything except Velcro for the ear speakers to be able to install them properly. If you buy, buy some one side soft Velcro and sticky on the other side for the war speakers.Read full review...

Great Product

Had another brand that was difficult to use. Small buttons in various locations.
These are excellent! Big easy buttons you can use with gloves on and moving. Distance between riders isn't great but does work well.
Easy tap to talk, tap to go back to music is perfect.
Music sound is very loud and clear.

Good not perfect

Easy to install. Not as intuitive as it could be. For example, if your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on the the unit will prioritize the phone over the second unit. The wind noise is quite loud while using a half helmet with face shield. Read full review...
