Why I prefer the new TV remote.
Works just like conventional remotes we were used to using. The new remote that shipped with the TV was horribly documented so when I couldn't increase the volume with the remote no matter what I tried, I thought the unit was defective and ordered this one on EBAY. Immediately all my problems were cured with this new one. I much later found out the simple trick that the remote that came with the TV had to work the volume, but that remote still had an annoying, so called feature, that caused it to interrupt a program, so I disconnected it.Read full review...
