I purchased this a while back. I have been really surprised at how well this works vs. Regular U.S. toothpaste. I have no cavities but I do have sensitive teeth. This took care of that super quick!! You don't need to use a lot each brush. It foams up, mild taste, and no new instructions! Just use this like regular toothpaste! The royal is all I've tried and its the only one I will use!!
