Excellent backup drive

I wanted to replace my 1TB, USB 1.0 backup drive. Very pleased with this. Super fast, love that it is USB powered, and amazingly small. Definitely recommend.

I have several of such disks (seagate and WD, 2T-4T). This one seems fine so far. The question is longevity. lately seagate drives have been suspects. Time will tell but at $99 is a good value.

Seagate advertise as it is PC compatible even it is intended for Mac. For PC, you have to download a driver from their site to work on every PC you want to use the device. It will only work on a PC that you can download the driver from their site.Read full review...
