I received this much much sooner than the ship- receive date indicated at the time of purchase. Talk about a nice surprise! It was well package and arrived in excellent condition. It is quite small enough to be easily portable and actually exceeded my expectations. Even my 10 year old uses it to import pictures etc.

This would certainly be something I recommend to a friend or give as a gift. I am soo tire of laptops etc breaking down, losing docs & photos when computture issue arose. Excellent Value, Compact Size and Works Great

This device seems to work properly and is giving me excellent service. The unit is compact and is powered by the USB connection, meaning no additional power cord. Price was very good as well. My only issue is capacity of the device. Usable space is 3.6 TB, but this should be plenty. But then I thought the same thing with my first 500 GB device, then my first 1 TB device, well you know what I mean. Great little hard drive

Exactly what I was looking for. The new Playstation 4 games are huge files now. I needed a portable external hard drive to download the games onto. So far it is working like a dream and it is fast enough to run the games from. It is small, plastic, and I presume delicate. I would not knocking this around on a regular basis, but I was not looking for something large and I don't intend to move it very often. This year's HD in the box is smaller than last year's HD.

Nice Hard drive super small, and transfer rates from USB 3 to USB 3 are great. Playing video files off of it from a playlist has a regular stop and stutter at the start of each new file and so this drive is not good for constant use. This drive is best for storage only and back-ups but not for daily use like your mounted internal drives are. Very low power consumption though so leaving it on and attached is fine and it actually shuts down completely when your device is powered down.

Love this external hard drive

I got this to use with my Xbox One. It was easy to setup. It is very compact and is very quite. This hard drive has plenty of space and it loads my games really fast. I plan on buying another one for my laptop as I do a lot of photography and artwork. I just tried it couple of times, but it is fast boothing, storing and very nice, quiet operation as well as the compact size, almost the same size I had my first portable external hard drive of 100 GB capacity many years ago.
