Great looking dial with fantastic features and value.

I fell in love with this watch not knowing it was a recent release from Seiko. The case design is not new but the combination of blue sunray dial and colors is perfect. The outer chapter ring just sparkles with like from the multiple facet rings circling in it. The markers are lumed and while no dive watch still isn't bad.

I have several Seiko Turtle watches, and was looking for a green version. In the process I ran across this watch. It reminded me of my dad's early 70's orange Seiko Tachymeter.
