This is the one to own!

My recurve came with a bow stringer, but it was just a poor shadow of the quality and performance of the Selway Limbsaver. This stringer takes all the stress (no pun intended) out of stringing and unstringing my bow.
When I took my bow into a five star pro shop to have them fit it with a custom string I saw them use the Selway Limbsaver. I knew then I had found the right tool for the job!
I also love the bright color on the lower limb pocket, makes it easier to identify and I can initial it with a black marker as well.

so easy took seconds

I am new to archery here and first time ever trying to string a bow, but heard this is the safest and best way to do it... it took me seconds on every single try to string my 66 inch recurve bow. GREAT PRODUCT !Read full review...

Best bow stringer ever!

Anyone who strings a recurve or longbow--should absolutely get this bow stinger. In the old days, I put my leg through the limbs like most everyone. I am sure that there were lots of twisted limbs because of this this technique.
Selway Bow Stinger is wonderful! I think it is very well made and more sturdy than others on the market. No matter the bow poundage or skill level of archer--you can easily and safety string your bow. It is worth every penny!

Selway stringer works well and reasonable price

This product is a reasonable price and works very well. I had received the same style but both ends being simply made of leather/naugahyde, not like this one with one end a somewhat hard rubber. The rubber is much better for not sliding towards the riser when using. I had seen archery shops recommending the rubber as well. Read full review...

Selway Limbsaver Recurve Bow Stringer

I very much like the Selway Stringer and recommend it to all. I am using it on a Martin Saber recurve bow with a tip protector and it works great. It's well made, fits, and works as advertised. I would purchase again.Read full review...

Works great!

I had never used one of these, I just followed the printed directions and it was so much easier to string the bow than using other methods.

Great product

Product works great on my 60 lbs. Recurve a little tough to pull up but doable would recommend on my 45 pound recurve very easy to string.

Stringing recurve bows, in our case

It works as advertised, but it is a little awkward for an older archer, such as myself. My wife and I both shoot so we string the bows together. Best and safest way to string a re-curve bow, we have found......well done
At that it is perfect..................well made
