The story features covert ops soldier Frank Hayden and his team as they hunt and chase a terrorist group that possesses the deadly weapon red mercury. You'll shoot it out in multiple locations like Syria, France, Russia and more. Red Mercury offers single-player campaign, co-op, and multiplayer game modes. Campaign mode has 24 challenging levels where you'll be prompted to create a profile of Infantry, Ranger, or Green Beret difficulty levels. Med packs and ammunition boxes are dispersed at each level, but the action gets hot, heavy and fast-paced. Enemies use techniques like blind-fire and throwing your grenades back at you so don't expect to get through a level unscathed. Cinematic first person shooter with amazing sound

Shadow Ops: Red Mercury is an immersive first person shooter that develops into a Hollywood quality action-adventure story. The premise places you, as Frank Hayden, the Delta force leader, and your squad in pursuit of terrorists armed with suitcase nukes. The mechanics of the gameplay are smoothly intuitive as you quickly learn the basics of shooting, moving, crouching, reloading, switching weapons, aiming (zoom), etc, in easy early missions that become increasingly difficult. You will instinctively employ military tactics to survive and advance to the next chapter. And each level (there are 23!) is a beautifully rendered landscape with its own unique challenges. At the conclusion of each level there is a cinematic cut scene with superb voice acting and dramatic contents that drive the storyline and really makes this feel like a playable movie. OK single play Awesome multiplayer

I got bored with the run and gun game style, however my buddies loved this game. When we tried the multi player however this game is way above average. Maps include jungle and urban settings. A nice change from halo multi player.Read full review...
