Review by Mrs. flyboyp47. Not sure how you verify purchase, but I bought Shark Ion RV700 from nella-5 on 7-31-19 and Shark Ion RV720 from dukeb522 on 8-10-19. Got first one for my mom, then knew I had to have one too. Bought Shark Ion Robot RV720 for good price and do not need WiFi or smart phone control. There are different models, so be sure to read the description if you want the fancier model. Very easy to set up and mine came with a full charge and ready to roll. It does a great job picking up dog and cat hair from carpet and bare floors, as well as lint and crumbs. It's pretty amazing when you empty the dirt cup to see how much it collected. Be sure to read the directions and hints to help it work better, like pick up things off the floor and drape cords over a piece of furniture to avoid robot getting tangled. Watch to see where there are places he might get stuck, then block those areas with a shoe or box or barrier strips that come with the vac. Mostly it avoids getting stuck by bouncing off and going the other way, but sometimes it can get into a tight spot and can't get out. This is the best vacuum I have ever bought. I am a vacuum cleaner lover, but this robot vacuums while I am in the shower, while I am making breakfast, while I am getting ready. I now can walk barefoot on my hardwood floors with nothing sticking to my feet. I still have to get into some nooks and crannys to vacuum, but 97% of the condo is now clean of cat hair and dust bunnys. After 2 weeks I have no complaints. It runs for quite a while on a charge. Very simple to use, although I manually start it because I havn't familiarized myself with it's remote start procedure yet. I had a another brand of robot cleaner a few years ago which developed an "error" code, I was told that it was not fixable. This brand is cheaper and appears to be just as efficient. I just love my robot vacuum (I name her Rosie)!! She is great on my hardwood flooring and area rugs! She cleans under everything. I have found that cords can get her stuck and sloping legs on recliners are a problem, if she hits it right she will climb them and get stuck between the lag and the bottom of the recliner. Keeps carpets and floors cleaner without any effort
This is a reasonably priced robotic vacuum that has been readily able to go under my sofas and beds and clean areas that are hard to reach with conventional vacuum cleaners. It can be set to run daily by remote control program or started whenever you want a clean up. Takes less than three hours to charge and cleans a two bedroom apartment in maybe an hour. While it may occasionally get stuck in between chair legs or such it will emit a short series of beeps allowing you to find it and turn it around. It has no problem going from tile floor to wall to wall carpet to fringed Oriental area rugs. The HEPA filter means my home has less allergens on the floors and the carpets look better than they did when I used my conventional vacuum on them. I'd recommend this for anyone with a modest home all on one level. It may not clean as deeply as an upright but because it can clean daily and go places other vacuums cannot it gives satisfying results.Read full review...

The best ever! I have owned Roomba prior to the Shark. The shark 🦈 is quite preforms amazing getting under beds tables places my Roomba could not. The shark goes up carpet from floor without getting stuck on the incline with the change of height.
