These are wonderful pedals for the money. Durable, easy to clean, solid connection, and excellent platform. Great Pedals - value for money

I think these Shimano pedals are excellent. I fitted them to my MTB. I set the spring tension a bit loose so I would be able to get out of the pedals very quickly when riding single track. Getting clipped back in is a breeze. works every time. They are solidly constructed and I expect similar longevity as I've had from other Shimano pedals. Love my PD-M530 MTB bike Pedals

Although I am not using this for a MT bike I am using it for my trainer indoor bike. The pedals make my workout so much better.
