Wonderful

I love the Silent Hill games. Always do a good job. This one is a bit dark and hard to get around w out a walkthrough. But still awesome.

Standards r set pretty high when it comes to Silent Hill. It was an ok game. I'm trying to conquer all of them and this one has been by far the most poorly graphic game. It's so dark, u can't even know tell where your going. The bosses r really easy. Definitely a one time play. U need to look at a walkthrough if u want to beat it. But the game is hard, and challenging, puzzles I looked at a walkthrough, and it's definitely edge of your seat and will probably piss u off. But you'll be glad when u beat it.Read full review

One of my two favorite SH games. Highly recommended if you consider yourself to be a Silent Hill fan.

I have already played this game through twice on the PSP, which is the system it originally came out on, so i already know what to expect. Not the best in the series but it's kind of hard when you have Silent Hill 2 & 3. Still an absolute amazing game!!!

Good but not Great

Unlike the first Silent hill games, which were created by the team silent this game is not very scary and the atmosphere is pretty bland, monster designs are mediocre. Many plot holes, music is great though.
I recommend if you are new to the series buy Silent hill 2 or the original. Those are far superior compared to origins.
Origins was too easy, most bosses took about 2 clips to be killed. The atmosphere doesn't give a Silent hill feeling.
I still recommend the game but most reviews of this game on ebay just praise it, but to call it the most scariest of the series is preposterous.Read full review
