Find a good one and you are in business!!
This camera produces the nicest (in my opinion) footage from a non HD camera. but it is not for everyone, if you are reading this the chances are you are a skateboard (or similar) filmer, and know all about this already.
They stopped making this camera some 10+ years ago, so it is essential to find out if the common probs have arisen yet, and/or been fixed-
-Viewfinder ribbon cable wears out from lifting the eyepiece.
-Saggy microphone from not being looked after.
-Standard wear and tear on the heads making glitching footage.
Look for things like marks on the tripod mount as this could mean it has been used to record business meetings and potentially has thousands of hours of use.
But if you manage to find a good one (like I did!) then you will enjoy an iconic camera which shaped the way skateboard videos looked forever.Read full review...
good value for money
I have use HD DV cam and this is quite good haven't fully driven it to the limit yet, it is versatile and small enough to fit in a small compartment which is convenient for me. also the person that sold me this was a good seller.Read full review...
