Excellent Ultra Definiton, Easy to Handle, Camera

I am just getting to know this model, but is similar enough to my previous Sony HDV camera, that the learning curve was pretty easy. I would not call it easy to use, as it has a wide variety of settings and controls that take some learning. It is not a home movie camera but can serve as such with a little learning of the automatic features. The non-automatic features are what make the camera very useful to a professional. The image is sharp, thank you lens, and the color rendition is very natural and pleasing. It will also shoot high definition and standard definition, which may be a choice if handling extremely large files is beyond your editing system's capacity.Read full review...
