A good device for listening, not for custom and special features.

It's a pretty nice walkman, however it tends to take some of my songs and place them in incorrect albums or create new "Unknown" albums. The player also doesn't show the album artwork on some songs and will not "display lyrics" (A setting I have turned on). It also doesn't keep a charge for as long as it should. Superior quality, especially compared to newer models

I have had several of these over the years, and so far this one seems like the best of the lot. Compatible with Windows Media Player, accepts whole playlists and performs perfectly.

An extremely good quality,inexpensive product from Sony.

Okay.. first of all, make sure you buy a case for it! It may not cover the screen, but trust me, It protects the screen more than you know. This Mp3 player is the best I've ever had, way better than anything apple has made for the price. The first one I had for about a year and the battery life was still very strong, but from not putting a protective case over it, dust got into the cracks around the sides. The dust ended up covering the screen behind the plastic screen. So buy the case for it! The Video feature is outstanding and the sound is great. Cool Ipod competitor w/o the MAC software requirements. I like it!

Great sound, small size and large capacity. FM receiver works very well. Sony puts some software on it that I really didn't want to use and you can always delete the apps. Plays video though I can't imagine anyone would want to watch videos on such a small screen. I'd rather have a voice recorder if given the choice between the two. For the price I can't complain and 50hrs battery life for music playback is nothing to sneeze at either.Read full review...

Good for audio books and podcasts

Good for audio books and radio interviews because when you put files in the Podcast folder, the device remembers where each track paused. You can pause any track and the device will start there when you play that track again.Read full review...

Now I want one!

I bought this for a Grad gift for my 5 yr old. He loves music so this was perfect and perfectly priced. The buttons are easy to use and it has a function that you can view by album so this is helpful since my son knows the album covers and can find his songs even though he can't read! Great feature. Quality and loudness of this device is also great. I won't let him listen above a 7 but it will get so loud you can hear the music w/out the buds, I think it helps that they are sony buds!Read full review...

amazing device, I do very short, I bought my son, is the first mp3 that tells me, father has very good sound, battery lasts a long father, father is very light, very thin and father is nice, a thing but I use a toshiba tablet thrive in my car you disconnect and connect the sony, and is no lie better hear the sound of mp3 sony, talking about the price is very cheap compared to their qualities.Read full review...

Great mp3 player!

I found this product very easy to use. It has an excellent battery life as well. Very well designed and doesn't require any special software to download music.
