Great for Video
I don't use this for stills as it's main function. i use it to shoot video for actor reels, online pieces, talking heads. It makes great video right off the chip. I'm not even running at it's highest X whatever function. Just using AVCHD format at approx 30MB/sec. If you want to shoot, load, edit and output it's really great. Not good if you plan to do allot of color correction or effects etc. The image just does not have enough info for that. But I'm not using it for that! At that level go to Sony A7Sii. This is the first camera I've owned with sophisticated settings. The more I "play" with it, the better I like it. It also has 2 automatic settings - they work very well during my learning curve. Great little camera... but make sure you buy at least one spare battery and charger. Zoom is a little short and not great for indoor macro shots (such as needed for selling on ebay)

Great for its size
I havent actually used this guy too much, but so far I think its great. I bought it mainly for the size; its a little bulky but it will fit in my pocket. After all, they say the best camera is the one you have with you at all times. I have the A7 and A7RII so its quite similar to operate but I'm still trying to figure somethings out still. I cant see anything through the viewfinder, but I bought it used and don't know if has to do with that. The monitor has great tilt though. Once your past 35mm and up it shoots at 2.8 but thats not so bad really. I haven't even looked at the images on my computer yet but it seems like a great little camera.Read full review...
