Ward Off Hot Flashes!

Have been on oral HRT for years-don't want these chemicals in my body any longer! Dr. actually suggested trying the Estrogen Cream as a replacement to try and TRY I AM! So far/so good. No hot flashes creeping through. Hope this is able to 'hold' me & keep me off CHEMICALS!? Time will tell, but feeling good so far.
