SPIDERMAN: THE VENOM SAGA IS GREAT!

I was wondering if I should get this for my son (and myself) because they're always changing around the story line and not staying true to the comic book. Boy, I was glad I bought this DVD. This Spiderman story was very close to the story line and this was a nice surprise. I loved the way the Symbiot made Spidey stronger and how he loved the suit, at first. Real cool. You get to see Eddie Brock who was a photographer, like Peter Parker, why he hated Peter and how he turned into Venom. Eddie Brock really became a nightmare to Peter Parker. And to see J. Jonah Jameson, so proud of his Astronaut son, John and how he had to reach out to Spidey to save him. After putting a bounty on Spidey's head! WOW! And it was nice to see the The Kingpin, The Rhino and Shocker take on our hero. I loved the story and you will too. This graphics wasn't too bad either and this is an older anime. It stayed very close to the story line and was full of action and gave us hours of fun watching our Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman. A great addition to our Spiderman Collection. Spider-man-The venom saga

Some of the better spiderman, the 1967 versions is what I like best but these are pretty good.

This DVD constains 4 episodes of the Venom timeline from the highly succesful animated Fox series from 1994. It also includes extras like commentaries by Stan Lee (the creator of Spider-Man) and Stan Lee's Soap Box, and also is dubbed in Spanish. Fans and people recently introduced to Spider-Man by the movies will both enjoy this DVD. My Grandson is a big Spiderman fan, and we have been looking for this movie for months. It is hard to find. It has really interesting villains such as Venom and Carnage. The story is a good one. And in the end we even get our first introduction to Iron Man and War Machine. We thought it was an exciting movie! My Grandson who is 5 years old rates it 99 stars out of 100!Read full review...
