Necessary, but I"ve seen better.

I'm a huge Star Trek fan and have come to expect a certain quality for Star Trek episodes (as good a quality as you can get for a corny sci-fi series), but this season was lacking. Seasons 4, 5, and 7 were much better and contained many episodes that I can watch over and over again. Season 6, eventhough it provided for further character and plot development contained many slow and fairly boring episodes. The attempt to bring in even more new characters (in this case, a group of borg children) proved to be a little too "cute" for Star Trek. All in all, I would say that Season 6 is not much more than a necessary stepping stone to get you to Season 7, which has some awesome episodes and contains one of the best Star Trek series finales I have ever seen!Read full review...

Star Trek Voyager just gets better & better... "Season 6!"

Lots of new, and entertaining stories, great space battles, and some new characters in the 6th season of Voyager.
DVD version is a lot more fun than just streaming on HULU, because to the extras, and you can zoom in on lots of things with you player.
I liked the con men that impersonated Janeway and the others travelling around the Delta quadrant ripping off unsuspecting civilians for everything they owned, THAT was funny, Unimatrix Zero was seriously awesome, "Muse" and "Memorial" were the best stories, really written and acted well. And the "Fairhaven" stuff is usually pretty cool...

Star Trek Voyager Season Six, just keeps on moving baby

The episodes in this set represent some of the best Voyager had to offer . With our heroes getting closer to home we see more Alapha quadrent refrences along the way. Also the Borg, Hirogeon, Speices 8472, and Malon among others are flexing their guns trying to stop and hinder any progress they make. The writing is superb , and the acting is second to none. The visual effects are also at the very top of their game. The muiscal scores are out of this world! Truly a great season for fans and newbies alike.Read full review...
