Much improved season

Since being a sci-fi fan of almost anything that is sci-fi, I really love how this season developed into a more human-oriented story lines and plots. Simple and straight-forward plots that's easy to grasp and understand. The only thing that is hard to digest is the constant blabber of scientific words that to us fans, meant nothing!

The addition of a new base commander (col. Sam Carter) has added a touch of someone who knows what to expect from these kind of missions being in one of the most recognizable teams of the stargate series.

Over-all, I can't wait for the next season to begin and find out if it can outdo the achievements of the past season in terms of story lines and plots.Read full review...

I enjoyed having Amanda Tapping join the cast. Jason Momoa played his character quite well. The storyline kept me interested.

Stargate Atlantis

Stargate Atlantis is a great extension of the original Stargate series. If you liked the original series, you'll like Atlantis. Same sort of plots; it is a lot like the original with different people and different foes. The Wraith are a very bad and ugly group of aliens who feed on humans of all types. IF YOU'RE A FAN OF SCI-FI, BUY THEM ALL!!!!

Their best season, without question, but sadly the link to SG1's 10 season reign spelled their death knell.
The FX, not to mention the writing and performances, were absolutely outstanding. Emmy's should have followed for half the cast, but like Oscar's, the Hollywood process denied them.
I personally own all the "Stargate SG1" and "Stargate Atlantis" seasons, and would not sell, or trade, them for any (reasonable) price.
