A humbling experience for Stephen King that made for a great book!

I bought this to continue my collection of Stephen King novels/stories, and am very pleased to have it on my shelves! I loved reading King's own thoughts about the stories and the movies made from them. He has no problem criticizing his work, making him more "real" to the reader. Though, these stories can be found in King's other books of collective short stories, the one thing that set it apart from the rest was his own input. He gave the reader a sense of being "there" while enjoying each piece.Read full review...

Stephen King's 'Stephen King Goes To The Movies'

Not really a review, by King of all the films made from his works. It's a re-publishing of 5 of previously published short stories, or novellas, with a one-two page critique of the films, according to King's views. Somewhat disappointing, in reality. I only wish he'd write a review of ALL the films made from his tales, maybe done much in the style of his previous works, 'On Writing', or 'Dance Macabre'.
