I love this stretching DVD with Ann. The music is classical and so relaxing. I could listen to this all day. The stretching exercises are pretty easy to do except for some of the floor work that requires being on my knees. Having osteoarthritis makes it a little difficult for me. But other than that I would recommend this video.Read full review

Stretching for Seniors
The content was not as helpful as I hoped. Probably not something I will implement into my exercise routine. Ann Smith is graceful and fit, but the routine seems to be for an experienced dancer.

Rathering boring
Video is only 10 minutes long and seems geared for people with dance experience. Floor work assumes you can do "the splits". The group leader is very subdued.
